Today in our meditation, we begin that conversation and find that as this conversation expands, we create even more thankfulness. We will learn how the flow of gratitude from the heart is received by Nature in the same spirit it is given, and it is returned back to us as grace. SANSKRIT MANTRA: Kripa Hum (I am divine grace). 1.) Describe three qualities about yourself that you are most grateful for. Tenacity Vulnerability Authenticity 2.) Write about a time when your gratitude or appreciation was received and reflected back to you, and you felt the situation was transformed by grace. I honestly feel like this happens often for me. I tend to really try and put out the energy that I wish to receive in return to the world no matter if the gesture is big or small. In it’s simplest form it’s just about not sending negative energy anyone’s way. The overall state of my life and path at the moment is a direct reflection of that. My life is direct reflection of the power of transformation through grace…and action. 3.) List the people you would like to share your gratitude with more fully and more frequently. Then, write some specific ways you can do that. I think I need to start being more appreciative especially verbally of some of my associates and friends. Although often times I mean well I don’t easily express myself when it comes to personal relationships. 4.) Daily Reflection: I have to be more mindful of the people in my life and extending my appreciation and gratitude towards them as well acknowledging the growth and goodness in their lives.
